Calling all seniors in the Roaring Fork Valley! Join us for this Active Art as we create our own felt stockings! Sew, glue and decorate your own personalized stockings using colorful felt, ribbon, and other materials.

Join us at the Pitkin County Senior Services on Wednesday, December 18 for a program that brings together art, conversation, and creativity. Learn about the Aspen Art Museum with an educator and engage in discussion. Then, get hands-on with a workshop designed to enhance hand dexterity, boost memory, and encourage self-reflection. Active Art is a community outreach program that invites seniors in the Roaring Fork Valley to engage in the social dimensions of art and art making through exhibition tours, conversation, and workshops aimed to engage hand dexterity, enhance memory, and encourage self reflection. Active Art is hosted at the Aspen Art Museum and other community locations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
