Pushing Paper to its Limit!

Dec 16, 2020
2:30 PM
Paper is a versatile material that allows us to make almost anything with it! The challenges this Wednesday are to explore its many possibilities to makea 2D material into a 3D object. Pulp and paper mache are options!

You’ve heard of pop-up books, but have you heard of book sculptures? Tune in every Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. (MT) during the month of December as AAM Educator Vanessa Porras teaches a four- part, step-by-step series on the many options in creating one! Materials are super-simple, all you really need is a little patience and copious amounts of creativity!

This activity is suited for those old enough to safely work with an X-acto style knife.

Supplies:
X-acto Knife/ Scissors
Cutting mat
