Part 1: Big Shot Camera Portraits
Andy Warhol was a master at the Polaroid portrait. Many of us are familiar with the standard Polaroid camera that magically spits out your photo in the front. Andy Warhol instead used a larger version of the Polaroid called the Big Shot. This camera was only produced from 1971 to 1973 and was made primarily for portrait photography. What made this camera so special and unique was the static focal length. This means the camera had to be the same distance from each subject to be in focus resulting in the consistent framing of celebrities that Warhol is so known for.

Use an original Big Shot camera to create your own photo portrait.
