In this Active Art, get ready for an exhibition tour of In the House of the Trembling Eye: an exhibition staged by Allison Katz. This exhibition is the first in North America to unite contemporary art with ancient Pompeian frescoes. After the tour, join us in our education workshop to explore Pompeian graffiti.

Active Art is a community outreach program that invites seniors in the Roaring Fork Valley to engage in the social dimensions of art and art making through exhibition tours, conversation, and workshops aimed to engage hand dexterity, enhance memory, and encourage self reflection. Active Art is hosted at the Aspen Art Museum and other community locations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.
