The auction features works by Kelly Akashi, Rita Ackermann, James Benning, Jonathan Berger, Emanoel Araujo, Nacho Carbonell, Marc, Camille Chaimowicz, Mary Corse, Ann Craven, Marc Dennis, Buck Ellison, Cerith Wyn Evans, Keltie Ferris, Mario Garcia Torres, Jack Goldstein, Rogan Gregory, Maren Hassinger, Basil Kincaid, Sanya Kantarovsky, Barbara Kasten, Karen Kilimnik, Forrest Kirk, Hein Koh, Florian Krewer, Jesse Krimes, Gabriel Kuri, Mernet Larsen, Dana Lok, Ryan McGinley, Dave Muller, Oscar Murillo, Ruby Neri, Precious Okoyomon, Woody de Othello, Catherine Opie, Angel Otero, Matt Paweski, Gabriel Rico, Leon Polk Smith, Vaughn Spann, Adam Stamp, Tavares Strachan, Kate Spencer Stewart, Vivian Suter, Thomas Wachholz, Kelly Wall, Mary Weatherford, Nicole Wermers, and Jon Young.

Lots range from $6,000 to over $300,000 and include painting, sculpture, ceramics, weaving, photography, work on paper and design art. Nine lots will form part of a live auction during the Aspen Art Museum’s summer gala on August 6 at 8 PM M.T. Absentee and phone bids can be submitted via bid@aspenartmuseum.org. All the works have been donated to the museum by a group of incredibly generous artists and galleries, in support of the museum’s artistic and educational programs, and will be on view at the Aspen Art Museum July 27 – August 5.
