Celebrated fashion photographer David LaChappelle makes his documentary filmmaking debut, set on the streets of South Central Los Angeles. The film follows dancer Tommy “The Clown” Johnson and a new form of hip-hop dancing created after his community is nearly destroyed in the aftermath of the Rodney King verdict.
