Dinosaurs, troglodytes, and the Dodo may be extinct, but they are alive and vibrant in this imaginative workshop. Looking to the work of artist Yto Barrada for inspiration, we will create a colorful series of real and imagined flora and fauna, creating our own version of prehistoric life.
Capture one-of-a-kind images in this alternative photography workshop inspired by experimental twentieth-century and contemporary photographers. Over the session, we’ll build a pinhole camera, learn how to create photograms, and make prints using a darkroom enlarger.
Presented in collaboration with the Aspen Music Festival and School (AMFS), this free chamber concert series features one-hour performances by the most advanced AMFS students and visiting musicians in Aspen.
