Artist Matt Copson, with composer Oliver Leith, will present a multi-sensory installation within the caves of Aspen’s storied Smuggler Mine. Celebrated for his virtuosic laser animations, innovative theater works and his 2022 opera *Last Days made also in collaboration with Leith, Copson will develop a site-specific, immersive environment that draws from the mine’s organic and built architectures to create a singular audiovisual world.
